👋 Hi, I’m Ellen - I’m currently working as a Research Technician at the Yale Rutledge Lab. I help to collect, manage and analyse data for a longitudinal study aiming to understand the cognitive mechanisms underlying symptoms of depression by applying computational models. I have experience working with children and vulnerable popuIations to support their wellbeing and development. I also have experience conducting multivariate analyses using behavioural data, psychiatric data, genomic data and longitudinal data. I have some experience with natural language processing.

Research Interests

❓My research interests include substance use, transdiagnostic approaches to mental health, computational neuroscience, psychiatric genetics and natural language processing.
