👋 Hi, I’m Ellen - I’m currently pursuing a MS in Data Science at the University of New Haven.
I previously worked a Research Technician at the Yale Rutledge Lab, where I assisted with the collection, management and analysis of smartphone and neuroimaging data for a longitudinal study aiming to understand the cognitive and computational mechanisms underlying symptoms of depression. I also helped with designing new components of the study, as well as refining existing study protocols. I have experience working with children and vulnerable populations to support their wellbeing and development. I also have experience in multivariate data analysis applied to behavioural data, psychiatric data, smartphone data, genomic data, longitudinal data, and natural language data.
Research Interests
❓I’m interested in transdiagnostic approaches to mental health, substance use, natural language processing, computational neuroscience and psychiatric genetics.
